The Gluten Free Every Day Cookbook is truly a labor of love: my love for culinary arts; my love for my wife and desire for her to stay healthy, strong and happy; and a deep and resounding love for our children. Perhaps our boys are the real inspiration, for without the existence of a gluten-free diet for their mother, they may never have been conceived.

The topping ingredients should have included 1/3 cup brown rice flour, this gives the topping its crumble.
